Can my HP Spectre X360 notebook with i7 10th generation and IRIS graphics display this at all via Thunderbolt3?

Go: 5120x1440 can be resolved via DisplayPort and HDMI 2.0 from USB-C.
Thank you for the above tip, it helped.
I'll answer the question myself now, because I bought the monitor: I have a Spectre 13 X360 i7,2020 on the display port. Works. Switching to half as one computer also works flawlessly: it converts immediately. No problem! Watching films is no problem, quality is good with the setting. I don't game. Ordered: A Doking so that I only have one cable.
At work I have a Lenovo X380 Yoga, no local rights. It delivers via a USB-C to HDMI (4k at 60Hz, I didn't find that in Switzerland=on digitec and ordered it from A.). That also works. However, I can't display half, then the 32:9 format is simply displayed in the 16:9 window (half screen). Is small and top and bottom border. Then I changed the resolution manually on the PC: Same result in worse resolution. Same result with the display port, by the way. Exactly, I have no rights to it, it could also be settings of my colleagues in the IT infrastructure.
Then the switch: Philips - do you actually look at what you are selling? Really! The menu navigation would have been stupid even in the 80s. I'll probably use my KVM again, which I wanted to retire. If I didn't need the monitor so badly, I'd send it back. Whereas still have to integrate an Apple Mini for testing.... still have to think about it.

Hi

Well, I use this screen with an HP Elietbook (Intel Core i 7 8gen and integrated graphics) and even have another monitor attached via a docking station.
I can't say conclusively whether it will work with your laptop, but considering my results, I think your chances are good.

Now it no longer works. Original driver from Intel installed... nothing works.
Works via Display Port. Does not work via HDMI. I don't know...
