Can I use this product instead of the current 2GB 2RX8 PC3-10600U-09-10-B0?

It doesn't matter. Now these are in:
2GB KP223C-ELD 2Rx8 PC3-10600U 9-10-B0 1333MHz
According to the manual, both slots can hold up to 16GB.
So the 2x 8GB should work from the addressing. The form factor is also correct. The bus rate (I assume) is also correct, since both (the current RAM and your offer) are defined up to 1333 MHz.
Only concerning the cryptic sequence 10600U 9-10-B0 I am not conclusive, because your product description is not complete. So answer??
