Can I use it with a Nikon SB-700 flash on a Sony A7III and does it only work manually or also in TTL mode?

The TF-334 does not transmit a TTL signal from the camera to the accessory, only the middle contact is used. This triggers a Speedlite, for example, but it has to be set manually (in terms of power, etc.).
