Can I set an alarm that indicates when I exceed my self-defined heart rate in everyday life? In other words, I don't have to start a sports programme.

Just had a look. There are apps on ConnectIQ.
'Pacing' and others.
But I haven't tried them.

The automatically generated response told me that it was covered by the abnormal heart rate function.
To my knowledge, however, this only works if you have been at rest for at least 10 minutes.

I want this alarm when I am in motion!

In order not to exceed my energy limit which is very decimated by Long Covid.
