can I attach my Lenovo Carbon x1 (2nd gen) notebook via OneDock from Lenovo and will it give me a picture. With earlier computers, I fell on my face with high-resolution screens.

As long as the onedoick has a DisplayPort output, it should work. However, the resolution of the notebook can be somewhat affected by such docks.
