YES. The Fritzbox are: 
-router with 4 ports which is connected to a cable modem of the provider cablecom or
-ADSL modem router with 4 ports, which is connected directly to the providers swisscom, sunrise orange etc..
To do this, the devolo, which has only one RJ45 connection, is connected to one of the ports of the Fritz. Ideally, you can also connect the power plug of the Fritz to the devolo at the same time. Never hang the devolos in power rails/plug-in strips, otherwise data traffic will suffer greatly or be rendered impossible.
The devolo with two RJ45 plugs (only this devolo has built-in WLAN technology) is then plugged directly into a power socket in the room of your choice. If there are power rails, connect them to the power plug of the devolo (devolo->rail, not rail->devolo).
As soon as both devolos are plugged directly into the power socket, they will search for each other independently via your power grid and usually find each other within 1 minute. 
Now you can connect two devices via RJ45 LAN cable or any number of devices via devolo WLAN. The devolo WLAN SSID is "devolo-nnn" and you will find the corresponding password on the sticker on the back of the device. You should be able to find it on your devices via WLAN Search. Also write down the password on the enclosed installation sheet.
Then encrypt the data traffic via the power grid by pressing the corresponding buttons on both devolos according to the instructions.
Finally, download and install the Windows Admininistration software from devolo. This will allow you to update the firmware and admin software and manage your devolo network. Alternatively, you can also find software for the administration of your devolo devices for Android / IOS devices in their stores.
