I think the question is rather, does your game support this hardware?
If so, then the keys are programmable within the game. The thrust controller would then execute the programmed key or key combination, perhaps when the centre axis is exceeded.
However, a combination is when the keys are pressed at the same time, not one after the other.
To be on the safe side, I would ask the game manufacturer or visit the support page.
