Can Digitec shed some light on this? Are these Swiss devices with a CH power supply or not? It seems to me that the expectations and disappointment of customers have not yet been sufficiently addressed?

The product is shipped with an EU plug and free fixed adapter. This is noted in the specifications under "May come with a power adapter".
