For operation with the XBOX, you need the TS-XW steering wheel or one of the TX series. I guess the TX series is the cheaper solution.
But before you spend any more money, first check the compatibility list to see if the games you want to play with it are actually compatible with the handbrake. This list should probably be somewhat shorter than that of the steering wheel. I might even have a T3PA pedal add-on for sale soon ;-) But you can probably still get away cheaper if you buy the steering wheel as a set with pedals.

But there's an alternative option that I stumbled across by chance just this week:
"DriveHub Racing Wheel Converter" from the manufacturer Collective Minds.
This is supposed to allow you to use all steering wheels or accessories that are actually only PC-compatible with the XBOX or PS4.
However, I only know this device from the Internet and can't guarantee whether it actually delivers what it promises. First you should do some research on it on the Internet. But at first glance, I wouldn't consider the device to be dubious. But it would probably have to be ordered from abroad (USA?).
It would certainly be by far the cheapest solution.

I don't use the TSS on an Xbox, but on my PC. You should also be able to connect it to the Xbox via USB and configure it as a single controller.
