Can anyone tell me how easy it is to turn this mini PC into a VPN server? How fast VPN can you get here via openVPN?

up to 10 Mega without problems. Then I have a kind of bottleneck (I have an i5 4200 u).
The installation is not that complicated.
First install ubuntu server.
https://ubuntu.com/download...
Then use openvpn auto config:
http://www.pivpn.io/
It's already installed with command line, but if that's not a problem, it's relatively easy.
