At Amazon.com you can get the US version for 820 USD. You also need a voltage converter for about CHF 10. Why does the device cost almost twice as much in Switzerland? Does it offer anything more?

Thank you for your question. According to our research, there is currently no device for 820 USD that is originally manufactured by iRobot and delivered to Switzerland. The pricing is a matter for the respective retail partner, who of course also have the right to run promotions on this model. Please note that due to the different mains voltages, warranty claims may be void.
