Asked a question about this product 5 (five!) hours ago ... and still no answer. And you can't make a phone call either. Great customer service, really!
Well, I am of the opinion that a typical Internet provider like Galaxus should respond promptly to enquiries from prospective buyers. Other providers offer live chats, with which I have had good experiences, by the way. You can't quite replace a "face-to-face" sales conversation, but still!
If I, as a buyer, am interested in a device, I would like to have an answer to a question as soon as possible, otherwise go offline or look for another supplier. Technically, this is no longer a problem. It's more a question of how much staff is worth it to a supplier ...!
Excuse me! Now I have found the question... As mentioned by Perret.claude, the settings are made very easily and quickly via menus.
