As a player, I find it really shameful that some other players immediately exclaim that this device is only there for cheating. But the fact that there are also players who need these devices to be able to use a different controller (e.g. PS4 controller on an XB1) doesn't occur to you... . Also, this adapter can be used to enable e.g. left-handed control (which most games still don't offer), or to map the controller buttons differently (e.g. left-handed control only with L2 button pressed). But the limited horizon of some people doesn't seem to go that far.

Even if there are certainly people who use/need the thing, it is still far from justified that the remaining 90% need the thing for cheating, especially in shooters. It has nothing to do with fairness and should be excluded from the range!
For the problems you mentioned, there are other devices/adapters that are used exclusively for this purpose.
Therefore, in my eyes, it makes no sense for an E-SPORT ORGANISER to have a cheating product in its range.
