Are they the same as without lpx or do they not exist without lpx? Because there is nothing about lpx on my pc (i.e. ram), otherwise everything is the same, hence the question :) ?

It is best to check the manufacturer's number of the RAM modules via CPU-Z, because in the end it is not really the appearance that matters, but what chips are used with what frequency, latency and timings.

In CPU-Z you will find the information under the tab SPD -> Part Number.
