Are the batteries (rechargeable batteries) replaceable, if possible by the customer? If not replaceable, please do not sell such unsustainable products! It is not a good sign that you only get a 2-year guarantee at a not very favourable price. A top product should have a warranty of at least 3, preferably 5 years. If the manufacturer knows what he is producing, he can stand by it.

The product does not have rechargeable batteries that can be replaced by the customer.

If you consciously favour more sustainable and user-friendly products, you should choose alternatives that offer replaceable batteries. Bose currently does not fully fulfil these requirements.
