After some time, one side no longer works in wireless mode. After a reset according to the manufacturer and reinstallation of the drivers, the problem persists. Unfortunately, the problem occurred after the warranty expired. Almost to the day.

Hello! Unfortunately, this is not a question that can be answered. I haven't encountered this problem yet and have been using the device for a while. But what I have noticed is that some ports on my PC are more likely to have problems than others (front=problematic; rear=good).
