According to the initial confirmation, the expected delivery date was May 2nd. However, the status has abruptly changed to "date unknown" without any prior notification or indication of a specific rescheduled date. This lack of communication and sudden alteration in delivery timelines is highly disorganized and unacceptable. As a customer, I rely on accurate information and expect deadlines to be honored. The absence of any concrete update leaves me in limbo, uncertain about when to anticipate the arrival of my order. The team should improve its communication practices and adhere to promised delivery schedules in the future. Additionally, I kindly request clarity on when I can expect my camera to be delivered.
Also frustrated, I contacted support and received the following response:
"After consultation with the relevant department, I would like to inform you that unfortunately the delivery date for the item is currently unknown. We are still waiting for the delivery from the supplier and have no way of accelerating or influencing this. A new delivery is expected to be made in mid-May, but we cannot guarantee this 100%. I very much regret not being able to give you better news."
