according to the data sheet, the two arms can carry up to 9 kilos. if I hang my Predator Z34 in the middle, which weighs 12.5 kilos, do you think there will be a problem? the middle arm cannot be swivelled. I would like to hang the Acer Qg271 bii on both sides. do you think that will work?

In the middle this should not matter, it depends more on what is on the other arms and the total force that presses on the table. Possibly make sure that the table cannot fall backwards.
