According to Meta, Arkham Shadow is included, does it come pre-installed or do you have to get it somehow?

The game is for persons 18 years of age or older. Offer is valid with the purchase of a new Meta Quest 3 device (128GB), Meta Quest 3 device (512GB), Meta Quest 3S device (128GB) and/or Meta Quest 3S device (256GB). Terms of use apply.
Meta account required. The game will be available in the Meta Quest Store from October 2024. To receive the offer item, the qualifying product must be activated for the first time between 25.9.24 and 31.12.26 via an account on which "Batman: Arkham Shadow" was not previously accessible. Upon activation and launch of "Batman: Arkham Shadow", you will receive a notification via email, in your mobile app and in your VR with a link to redeem the offer item in the Meta Quest Store.
