According to Fujifilm Switzerland, the dual charger is included in Switzerland in addition to the 4-year warranty: "Exclusively in Switzerland: incl. 4-year "FUJIFILM Swiss Warranty" and Dual Battery Charger". Is this also the case with this offer?

I can't say about the charger. 4-year warranty yes, but must be registered with Fuji. See:
