A max. length of 300mm is specified. My GPU has a length of 298mm. Is it possible to install two fans on the front at the same time?

Yes, I have an rtx 2080ti that is about 30 cm wide. I have two fans and a 240 radi in the front that is about 3 cm wide. So you have 33 cm of space for the graphics card.
