A great product in itself and a really great watch. The hook... https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.huami.watch.hmwatchmanager&showAllReviews=true the watch can no longer be paired, interrupts measurements and loses the connection again and again after reinstalling the app, pairing with QR code. but unfortunately it affects not only the GTR 2 but also the GTS. Does Digitec have a solution for this? PS all forum posts elsewhere have already been browsed and followed.

the watch can also measure the pulse without an app connection - how does it look here? Does the measurement on the watch work without problems? If not, then the watch should be replaced as defective.
If this works without problems, would it be interesting to know whether this problem also occurs with another smartphone?
Are there perhaps special rights in force here that prevent the app from communicating cleanly with Bluetooth? Do you use Android or iOS? There could be some factors here.
Personally, I use the watch with a Mi Note 10 Pro and have had absolutely no problems since I bought it.
Unfortunately, the same problem occurred with the T-Rex. Tracking from a 320 km route, not recorded and watch disconnected. New account etc. necessary. additionally after firmware update battery performance very less than before.back to Digitec. was exchanged.
Maybe bad luck...in itself a very good sport/smartwatch.
I have owned this watch for just under a month and everything works as expected without any problems so far. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm the problems and have no solutions. Kind regards Franz K
