Every graphics card, whether new or used, regardless of age, is currently being sold (and finding buyers) for 2-3 times the release price.
Used RX 580 8GB are currently being traded for 450-550.-, a good 1 year ago you could buy them for about 120-130.-.

Therefore: Hands off this card :)

I bought this card new 3 years ago, 8 GB version (Asus) for 200,- Any questions?! It is good enough for 1920*1080. That I once owned a "high-end card", who always pays attention to the price-performance ratio...wow.
