Thanks to Bosch, we now have an affordable and highly precise environmental sensor, the Grove - Temp&Humi&Barometer Sensor (BME280). It is based on their new BME280 sensor, which is superior to the BMP280 used in the Grove - Barometer Sensor (BMP280) and all previous versions like the BMP180 used in the Grove - Barometer Sensor (BMP180). The module not only allows for the precise measurement of barometric pressure and temperature but also of humidity in the environment. Air pressure can be measured in a range from 300 hPa to 1100 hPa with an accuracy of ±1.0 hPa, while the sensor operates perfectly for temperatures between -40 and 85 degrees Celsius with an accuracy of ±1. As for humidity, you can obtain a moisture value with an error of less than 3%. Due to its high accuracy in measuring pressure and pressure changes with altitude, we can calculate altitude with an accuracy of ±1 meter, making it a precise altimeter as well. Another great feature of this module is that you don’t even have to worry about I2C collisions, as it offers both I2C and SPI interfaces. To use SPI, simply solder off the bond pads on the back. If you are working with I2C, the board also provides you with 2 I2C addresses that you can choose from as you wish.

6. Seeed Studio 101020031 Piezo vibration sensor 1 pc.
The Grove Piezo Vibration Sensor is suitable for measuring flexibilities, vibrations, impacts, and touches. The module is based on the PZT film sensor LDT0-028. When the sensor is moved back and forth, a specific voltage is generated by the voltage comparator. A wide frequency range (0.001 Hz to 1000 MHz) ensures excellent measurement performance. The sensitivity can be adjusted by turning the potentiometer on the board with a screw.

This product is a high-precision temperature and humidity sensor designed for use in domestic conditions. It consists of a capacitive sensing element for measuring relative humidity and a negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistor for measuring temperature. Each sensor has been calibrated in an accurate humidity chamber. Its small size, extremely low power consumption, and more than 20 meters of signal transmission distance make it a good choice for various application environments.
