3. Fujifilm Velvia 100 135-36 OE

Without development. The Velvia 100 employs new technologies that allow for finer grain and a doubling of sensitivity. At the same time, it retains the color saturation and color reproduction of Velvia 50, which has made it the reference film for landscape and nature photographers. The Fujichrome Velvia 50 has been produced unchanged since 1990 and has since been popular among both professionals and enthusiastic amateurs. Since then, there has been a desire among photographers for a higher sensitivity Velvia film. Advances in emulsion technology have now made it possible to produce a slide film with the color characteristics of Velvia 50, which features double the sensitivity with finer grain. Therefore, the new generation of Velvia 100 is intended not only to appeal to photographers who expect the characteristic color saturation of Velvia but also to provide them with a product that incorporates the current state of technology.

5. Fujifilm Velvia 100 135/36

The Fujifilm Velvia 100 135/36 is a professional color reversal film for photographers seeking exceptional color saturation and fine grain structure. This 35mm film format offers 36 exposures per roll with an ISO 100 sensitivity, making it suitable for daylight photography and studio applications with appropriate lighting. The emulsion delivers vibrant, high-contrast results with excellent color reproduction, particularly in red and green tones, while maintaining natural skin tones. Thanks to the fine grain structure, this film provides high resolution and sharpness, making it ideal for enlargements and detailed work. The Velvia 100 formulation offers improved reciprocity characteristics compared to earlier versions and requires minimal exposure corrections for long exposures. This film achieves optimal results under daylight conditions between 5,500 K and 6,000 K color temperature, producing rich color saturation and deep blacks. The professional construction ensures consistent results with proper storage and handling. It is suitable for landscape, nature, product, and architectural photography, where color accuracy and detail fidelity are crucial. The film requires standard E-6 development and can be mounted in standardized 35mm slide frames for projection. Each roll measures approximately 35mm in width with standardized 135 format perforations. It is a successor to earlier Velvia formulations with improved color stability and processing characteristics. To optimally preserve the film's properties, store it cool and dry below 13 °C.
