The BuildTak FlexPlate System 220 x 220 mm is a comprehensive printing surface solution consisting of three integrated components: the flexible BuildTak FlexPlate, a unique magnetic mounting base, and a standard BuildTak plate. This system significantly simplifies the print removal process for 3D printing applications. Designed in the common 220 x 220 mm format, the product ensures compatibility with a wide range of 3D printers. BuildTak is a thin and durable plastic sheet that is directly adhered to the print bed of FDM/FFF 3D printers. BuildTak provides a perfect surface and replaces traditional methods such as BlueTape or Kapton tape. Made from high-quality, heat-resistant materials, BuildTak allows for clean and easy removal of the printed part. The surface of BuildTak ensures that the printed part adheres perfectly, minimizing warping. BuildTak offers the following advantages: it works excellently with PLA, ABS, wood, PET, flexible filament, and much more. No pre-treatment is necessary (such as applying hairspray, etc.). Easy installation and clean removal without adhesive residue. Designed for temperature ranges of heated print beds up to approximately 110 - 125 °C.
6. BuildTak Print bed foil print mat polyamide 254 x 228 mm
BuildTak Nylon+ surface is a print bed coating specially developed for nylon filaments and ensures good adhesion of the print, such as PA6, PA12, Polymaker CO PA6.6, and PA6GF, to the print bed. Like all BuildTak print bed coatings, it has a high inherent stability and is therefore much easier to apply than conventional PET or Kapton films.

Product details and information: BuildTak is a thin, durable plastic film that adheres to the print bed of FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printers, providing an ideal surface for 3D printing. It replaces blue masking tape and/or polyimide films like Kapton. BuildTak is made from high-quality, heat-resistant materials and offers a stable build platform for 3D-printed objects to adhere to, while also allowing for clean and easy removal of the finished objects.
BuildTak offers the following advantages: It works excellently with ABS, PLA, and more, without the need to alter the surface. No more pre-treatments like hairspray or acetone sludge! Installation on the bare print bed is straightforward, and removal occurs without adhesive residue. BuildTak is durable and can withstand many hours of operation with proper care, while also protecting the original surface of the print bed for a longer period. It creates an optimal bond between the 3D printed object and the build surface throughout the printing process, while preventing warping. Once the printing process is complete, the 3D printed object can be removed cleanly with minimal prying or scraping.
The patented heat-resistant composition is designed to withstand the typical temperatures found in heated print beds (i.e., 110-125 °C). To ensure safety, BuildTak is made from materials classified as flame-retardant by UL.
BuildTak works simply! Key features: It works with ABS, PLA, HIPS, PET+, Brick, wood, and flexible (TPE) filaments. Additionally, we have successfully adhered nylon and T-Glas (PETT) when used with a thin layer of washable glue stick on the BuildTak surface. Installation is much easier than with the commonly used masking tapes or films.

The system consists of three components: the BuildTak FlexPlate, our unique magnetic mounting base, and a standard sheet of BuildTak. Together, they create a system that makes the print removal process easier than ever. Designed in the most common sizes, the product has been ensured to be compatible with a variety of printers. How does it work? Simple. Peel back the adhesive film to attach the unique magnetic mount to your print bed, apply a BuildTak sheet to the FlexPlate, and magnetically attach the BuildTak-coated FlexPlate to your base. Make a one-time adjustment to your Z-height to compensate for the additional thickness of the FlexPlate system, and then start printing.
