Product details

Yamaha's MG Series offers mixing consoles that give you the capacity, control and performance you deserve. All models are remarkably compact and lightweight, making them easy to operate and transport, yet with absolutely no compromise on features, performance and durability. The MG Series mixers offer an exceptional blend of technologies: some come from Yamaha's professional mixing consoles, found in the world's largest and most famous concert halls, and some have been specifically designed to deliver optimal performance in MG format. In both cases, these feature-packed consoles are rooted in a global network of human and technological resources that together provide the truly critical functions and undeniably superior sound.

The third generation of the proven MG mixing console series is another perfect example of the combination of true craftsmanship with outstanding, innovative technology. Whether you want to mix just a few channels or process several inputs with a highly complex signal routing, the Yamaha MG12XU offers you a wide range of possibilities. This compact 12-channel mixer has many innovative features and is perfect for both mobile and fixed installations. The robust metal housing provides stability and durability.

All MG XU models feature an improved version of the famous SPX effect processors, including a comprehensive set of 24 different effects. Yamaha has integrated a USB 2.0 24-bit/192kHz audio interface in the XU models. This allows digital content to be played back from a PC and the mixer's output signal to be recorded by DAW software. Furthermore, the MG10XU, MG12XU, MG16XU and MG20XU are compatible with Steinberg's Cubase Al software. This software is downloadable, easy to use and provides users with a range of advanced tools. With many plug-in effects, Cubase AI offers direct digital connections to the stereo busses of the MG XU models for easy audio recording and editing.
