RZA combines the technical perfection of RMA with the advantages of a demountable cabinet. This 19“ free-standing cabinet with IP 30 protection features a robust screwed construction. High-quality processing and up-to-date technology ensure a perfect look for the cabinet. Individual RZA parts are joined together by a system of screwed connections, creating a compact complex with the same maximum loading capacity as a welded cabinet. Most parts are secured using Tap-Tite technology thread-forming screws, ensuring a very high solidity of the connection even after multiple disassemblies. The product is supplied mounted and can be moved to hard-to-reach places after partial or complete dismantling. The hinge system allows for almost 180° wide opening of the door, which can be easily removed and reattached to change the door opening direction.

RZA features removable side panels and a rear cover. These are standardly fixed to the frame using a lock with a unified key, similar to the rear cover.

Entry openings for cables in the rear part of the cabinet are covered with breakout-type blanking panels. To prevent dust penetration, it is possible to seal the cables at the entry opening with a brush strip (370 x 90 mm, supplied with the cabinet) or a plastic protective frame. A spacious opening at the top, covered with a breakout-type blanking panel, allows for the mounting and removal of a Triton fan unit from outside the cabinet without the need for screws.

The cabinet is prepared for the mounting of castors, heavy-load castors, and leveling nibs.

The Flex Frame system (for cabinet width 800 mm) enables the installation of sliding vertical rails in spans of 19“, 21“, and 23“, strictly according to the requirements of the applied technology.
