The Transcend MTE662P M.2 SSD features a PCI Express (PCIe) Gen 3 x4 interface and is compatible with the NVM Express (NVMe) 1.3 specifications to achieve unprecedented transfer speeds. The MTE662P utilizes advanced 3D NAND technology, stacking 96 layers of 3D NAND flash chips vertically. Compared to 3D NAND with 64 layers, storage efficiency is significantly improved, and the built-in DRAM cache allows for faster access. The MTE662P is equipped with a 30µ gold finger PCB and Corner Bond technology and is fully tested in-house. It has a lifespan of 3,000 write/erase cycles. Transcend also offers the MTE662P as the MTE662P-I with an industrial temperature range (-40℃ to 85℃) for sustainable functionality, enhanced endurance, and optimal reliability in mission-critical applications.
