Televes has redefined its antenna concept. Previously, an antenna was merely the signal receiver in a TV system, where its most important features were amplification and adjustability. The integration of an intelligent component like BOSS in antenna technology allows for the reception of very weak signals without interference from very strong signals, ensuring that signal fluctuations no longer affect the output signal: thus, the dynamic range is one of the most important quality parameters.

The development of the DATBOSS antenna, based on the use of MMIC components and TForce technology, is a milestone in optimizing the dynamic range. A technology previously used in aerospace to restore weak signals from lost spacecraft is now available for terrestrial antennas, enabling an extended range in DVB-T/T2 installations. DAT BOSS with TForce technology is a unique and universal reception system for terrestrial television signals: if the DATBOSS antenna does not receive, it is not receivable.
