The Telestar Dira M 1 A mobile combines state-of-the-art radio technology in a compact housing. It allows for the reception of digital DAB+ and internet radio stations as well as analog FM radio stations. This hybrid radio impresses with its solid sound, which can be adjusted to individual listening preferences using an equalizer. The 2.4″ (6.1 cm) TFT color display shows useful background information in sharp detail. In night mode, the display can be deactivated after a set time to avoid disturbing the sleep environment. With the built-in 2,600 mAh battery, the radio can operate for up to 15 hours without being plugged in. Thanks to UPnP, Line-In, and USB media playback, music files in various formats from different sources can be played through the Dira M 1 A mobile. An activatable hotel mode secures important settings and prevents accidental operations. With a password lock, network settings, language, maximum volume, date/time, display settings, Bluetooth settings, factory settings, and more can be protected. Useful additional features such as an alarm clock, sleep timer, and current weather information display complement the functionality of this compact multifunction radio. Additionally, the radio is equipped with innovative EWF and Journaline technology. EWF uses the DAB+ transmission network as the basis for an alert system that transmits life-saving information to relevant recipients in emergencies. This technology is currently still in testing.
