The StudioKing Diffuser Ball SK-DB300 is an accessory for your flash that helps to soften the harsh light produced by the flash. The result is a beautiful, soft, and even light. The diameter of the diffuser ball is 30 cm, allowing for an even distribution of light across the entire surface and minimizing strong shadows. The SK-DB300 does not come with a removable speed ring.

Application of the StudioKing Diffuser Ball SK-DB300

The SK-DB300 can be easily mounted on flash units with a Linkstar S-bayonet (Bowens). A diffuser ball is particularly well-suited for portrait photography, as it helps to eliminate shadows. Additionally, diffuse lamps are ideal for creating product photos. There are holes on the back of the diffuser ball to allow any heat to escape, preventing the ball from melting. Please note that the maximum continuous operation for the modeling light is 60W.

If you wish to use the SK-DB300 in combination with a flash unit from another brand, you will need the DDBW-EX along with an adapter for the flash unit itself. There are also ready-made adapters that can be directly attached to both the diffuser and the flash unit. These can be found in the optional accessories.
