Spectrum Filament PET-G FR V0 1.75mm 0.75kg Flame-retardant, halogen-free PET-G for 3D printing Spectrum PET-G FR V0 is a new halogen-free, flame-retardant 3D printing material based on the ever-popular PET-G. The filament meets the requirements of UL 94 V0* for flammability, which means that the vertical combustion of the filament or printed part does not exceed 10 seconds. Most typical plastics have poor flame resistance. Therefore, the Spectrum PET-G FR V0 filament has been developed with flame retardant or self-extinguishing properties to ensure a high level of safety in everyday or working environments. The applied modifications do not affect the printability of the filament, which articles in maintaining the classic properties of PET-G, i.e. simplicity and efficiency in printing, with very low shrinkage and relatively high tensile strength. *The filament is not certified by Underwriters Laboratories and does not have a UL number. Key features complies with UL 94 V0* flame retardant, self-extinguishing halogen free Vicat softening point - 70°C excellent dimensional stability general applications all applications where fire resistance is important coatings or shielding to protect circuits with fire hazard design models tools for production print settings nozzle temperature:230-255°C Bed temperature: 60-80°C Recommended print speed:30-70 mm/s Recommended shell thickness: 0.40 - 2.70 mm Recommended layer height:0.05 - 0.30 mm Cooling: 75-100% Closed chamber for printing:not required Drying chamber recommended: no Ruby nozzle or hardened nozzle recommended:no Adhesives: not required (for increased adhesion or to avoid deformation: Dimafix, 3DLac, Magigoo).
