The NT07-115X is a low-profile CPU cooler specifically designed for use in small cases with limited space. The contact base is made of high-quality copper, while the fins are made of aluminum and arranged around an 80 mm PWM fan.

This allows the NT07-115X to provide forced heat dissipation with the ability to cool components around the CPU area. For users who require powerful cooling with specific space requirements, the NT07-115X is the best choice.

Despite its extremely low height of only 23 mm, the low-profile cooler is suitable for small HTPC cases and cools the CPU at a maximum of 26 dB(A). Its 80 mm PWM fan operates at a maximum speed of 3,400 RPM and generates an airflow of 81.12 m³/h. The active cooling also promotes the removal of heat from the fins at the lower part of the cooler, allowing for efficient heat dissipation.

The copper contact surface absorbs heat from the processor and transfers most of it directly to the fins, which are then primarily responsible for cooling within the case through the 80 mm fan.

The cooler is designed for Intel sockets 1150, 1151, 1155, and 1156.

Note: Operation is only suitable for HTPC systems or computers with very low-power processors (maximum 65 W TDP).
