In a hectic competition for the checkered flag, Sonic and his friends race through tracks set in medieval castle walls, lush rainforests, and bustling cities, all from the visually rich and diverse universes of Sonic and SEGA. Fan favorites like Dr. Eggman, Tails, AiAi, Amigo, and many more will join Sonic in their customized vehicles, revving their engines and striving to stay ahead of the competition. Each character will race on the track in cars, planes, motorcycles, and in AiAi's case – a banana mobile! Secret shortcuts, quick handling, and avoiding strategically placed obstacles are certainly the best way to secure a top spot on the podium.

But winning is just part of the fun in Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing! Each character has a special All-Star move – like Super Sonic, Banana Blitz, and Tails Tornado – that allows competitors to quickly get back into the race! Power-ups and weapons can also be collected on the tracks and used against opponents to ensure they are no threat to the top position.

Compete in single or multiplayer mode, allowing up to four friends to participate in a frantic split-screen action race, or up to eight players online in the ultimate racing showdown.

Can Amigo outsmart Dr. Eggman? Will AiAi say goodbye to Tails? Will you be faster than Sonic? The race begins in 2010.
