The S-Flex fans from Scythe feature the unique S-FDB (SONY Fluid Dynamic Bearing) bearing. This was developed with the goal of minimal friction, allowing for an extremely long lifespan of 150,000 hours. At the same time, the fans are significantly quieter, making them suitable for silent systems.
This is a high-speed version of the 92mm S-Flex. With a speed of 2,000 RPM at 25.3 dB(A), the focus of the fan is on airflow and cooling. However, the noise level can be reduced through voltage converters or fan controllers, allowing for a flexible switch between power and silent modes.
