Lexium Cobot is a series of collaborative robots designed to assist workers with repetitive tasks. The collaborative Lexium robot features 6 degrees of freedom, allowing it to perform movements that resemble human gestures, thereby relieving workers from heavy and repetitive activities. This robot can carry a load of 12 kg and has a working radius of 1327 mm. Lexium Cobot is designed to support workers in completing strenuous tasks and to protect their health by automating assembly lines. Its maximum operational speed is 3 meters per second, with a positional accuracy of +/- 0.03 mm, and it operates within a temperature range of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius. It includes 2 digital inputs, 2 digital outputs, 1 analog output, and integrated torque monitoring to protect the worker from collisions. The protection rating is IP54. Made of aluminum, it weighs 41 kg. The robot can be used for fast and safe repetitive applications such as gluing, machine setup, palletizing, loading, welding, and bonding. It is certified according to GB11291.1, EN ISO10218-1, EN60204-1, EN ISO12100, EN ISO13849-1, EN61000-6-2, EN61000-6-4 +A1, ISO13849-1/2, ISO14644-1/9001 and is CE marked. This robot is monitored by a controller and can be connected to a force sensor base, a force sensor flange, and a 2D camera. It can be mounted in any position, such as on the floor, wall, or ceiling.
