The advanced shock mount suspension system eliminates unwanted vibrations and handling noise, performing exceptionally well outdoors in strong winds or indoors for work on boom poles, tripods, or handheld with a pistol grip. This is the ideal Zeppelin solution for the Saramonic shotgun microphones TM1, TM7, and NV5, but it can also perfectly accommodate almost any standard shotgun and pencil microphone up to 380 mm (14.9") in length and 0.75-0.91" (19-23 mm) in diameter.

The overall angle of the shock mount and Zeppelin can be quickly adjusted to optimize the microphone's position. A short, coiled XLR cable is integrated into the grip and shock mount to facilitate microphone connections without worrying about cable management. The internal wiring also helps create a seamless structure to diffuse strong winds. An acoustically transparent furry windscreen serves as the outer layer of the VMS and can be easily removed for use in milder environments. A 3/8" thread at the base of the grip allows you to attach the VMS to boom poles like the Saramonic Magic Boom Pole, and a 1/4" 20 threaded adapter is also included to provide you with nearly unlimited mounting options.
