The Rollei DashCam-408 makes it really easy for you to secure important evidence: you mount the DashCam-408 on your windscreen using the sturdy suction cup and plug the supplied 12V/24V vehicle adapter directly into your car's standard cigarette lighter. The camera "wakes up" automatically and films in loop mode without saving videos when you switch on the ignition. After your journey, the DashCam-408 also switches itself off automatically. A highly sensitive and robust G-sensor starts the emergency recording within fractions of a second in the event of an accident-typical long delay. However, you can also start recording manually if you find yourself in a dicey situation - simply by briefly pressing the clearly visible emergency button. The accident recording covers a period of time before and after the triggering - long enough to record how the accident occurred in full HD quality. The integrated microphone ensures that voices, signals and other acoustic evidence are not lost.
