Kisejima, the game's setting, is divided into three areas, each with various challenges, from battling enemies to escort missions. Players can also level up by running away from pursuing monsters, like in a game of tag, and collecting mushrooms that grow in groups to purchase upgraded clubs.

The story takes place on Kisejima, a small island in the middle of the ocean. It is said that the dormant powers within the local demons can be awakened through trials that challenge ancient demons once defeated by Momotaro to battle. However, few have ever returned alive from Kisejima.

Characters: Kuuta, a demon warrior, and his ghost partner Kazemaru
