Threw them away.
Even after replacement, one headphone soon stopped working again. Disappointing product. Thrilled at first, then disillusionment after a month.

The best in-ear headphones I've ever had and without a cable. If you like high-tech like me, you can buy them without hesitation. If you want to hear every nuance and every instrument in a classical concert, you'll have to live with wired headphones for at least CHF 150 for the next 100 years. I recommend these headphones to all those for whom a balanced sound is enough and who value a compact design and mobility and want a seamless connection to their smartphone, as well as occasional sporting activities.

All in all extremely enthusiastic. Battery lasts great, wearing comfort could be better but completely sufficient (pressure points after 3-4 hours of wear).

At the beginning I was really extraordinarily enthusiastic, unfortunately it has changed a lot. The headphones are unfortunately very poorly made and are already broken. The battery is miserable. Once the battery pack is empty (which happens very quickly), the headphones discharge to zero. This makes them unusable if they are not permanently charged.

my new favourite music gadget
Very successful product. The functions you can do on the ear are excellent. I particularly like the look and the grey colour. The volume is a little weak for people who prefer it loud. For 80% of customers, however, this performance will be completely sufficient. Samsung has probably simply kept to a limit here to protect the health of our ears.

Product is ok. But a little too expensive
Contact with the mobile phone sometimes breaks off.
At this price, that shouldn't happen. Samsung should really do something about this.
The bass is really heavy. But that's a matter of taste - a bit too much for me.Pro

No purchase recommendation!
In itself a very good product, but I also regularly have the problem with the headphones getting quieter. It can be solved by replacing a part of the headphones with the tool supplied (the spare part is supplied in 9 parts), but this only helps for a few weeks. Also, the ear piece likes to get stuck in my ear when I pull the headphones out. This is very tedious, as it is almost impossible to get the earpiece out of the ear by itself. Unfortunately, these two problems completely ruin this otherwise almost perfect product.

designed for everyday use, not for sport
Very good and still usable after almost 2 years. The only problem is that when the box runs out of battery, the headphones don't disconnect from the phone. In other words, if you want to put the buds in the box and the box has no battery, it will continue to run until they have no batteries.

Even as a Samsung user, the Apple Airpods are more worthwhile. Even if you don't have access to all the features.
I only own Samsung products, the Galaxy S8, the Galaxy Watch and now also the IconX, so actually the best basis for the headphones. At first I was surprised by the wearing comfort. Even with the smallest silicone things, I had pain after a short time, which I never had before. After a while, however, that subsided. Right from the start, I always had problems with the connection. It constantly disconnects and some of them are not recognised. The music also stops all the time, even after switching off the touchpad, this happens again and again. Even though the headphones are probably not made for this, making calls with them is a disaster. Here, too, the connection disconnects again and again during the call. Quite apart from the fact that you can hardly hear the other person unless you are at home where it is quiet. Phone calls outside? No chance.
Do not buy because of manufacturing defect
Would be cool headphones, but unfortunately many have fabriakationsfehler. After exchanging them twice, I gave up and asked for a refund.

Great product to recommend!
I hesitated for a long time before choosing this one. I wasn't sure if I wanted headphones from this brand as I am a fan of Sennheiser and Bose. The thing that convinced me to try this model was the fact that I have a Samsung phone and that, hands down, it is the most compatible. I've been using it for a while now, but it's not too much of a hassle. The advantage of being able to play music directly on the earpieces without having the phone at hand (e.g. in the gym locker)

Definite buy recommendation
I ordered these headphones 3 days ago and I think they are great! The price is ok, the sound is great, they are very comfortable, the charging case is great and everything is just perfect!

Unfortunately I don't have such big ears :)
No matter which rubber I replace, after a while it starts to print. Therefore I have improvisedFirst class in ear headphones, works perfectly with my S8+
Fit great, sound good and pair instantly when you open the case.It is very small compared to the often recommended BOSE in Ears.

Gear IconX 2018 brings back all the upgrades that would have been needed on the 2017 version:
Removed battery draning and case, personally tested and using them for 3/4 hours the case remains operational for charging for approx. 15 days.
Improved comfort in daily use
Very good autonomy (approx. 4 hours and more)
Good sound quality, certainly not for music purists, but a good alternative for headphones that you almost don't feel you're wearing.
Now phone calls in stereo and no longer a master headphone but you can use either the right or left one..

Bad charging box?
All in all, great headphones.
The sound is relatively good, but I would have expected a bit more.
Reception is surprisingly good for the size of the small dividers. Never had any connection problems.
The controls are super simple and also offer some setting options. For example, switching the ambient noise on and off. However, the control does not always work as intended.
It's great that you can download music directly to the headphones, so you don't always have to take your mobile phone with you.
Making phone calls is very pleasant.
The biggest criticism of this product is the charging box. The headphones often don't charge properly and the battery of the case is just bad. I miss the wireless or fast-charging functions.Pro

As long as the headphones do not work properly, the sound and wearing comfort do not matter either.
Defective after about one month, which in my case means that the left headphone is very quiet and barely audible. Therefore unusable! I have read the same problem with others and had to send the headphones back.

Pretty good for wireless headphones, but there are better ones on the market.
At the beginning I really enjoyed this product, but this changed quickly. After only 1 month, the left ear cup is damaged. This means that I hear more in my right ear than in my left. That sounds miserable.Pro

Do not buy!
I am pissed off the headphones are broken for the 5th time and always the left or the right one of both! Samsung has only top products and I am a fan but these headphones seem to have production errors or who knows maybe sweat or water gets in when jogging? Too bad I am very disappointed because they are the only good ones with a small case and good battery life and you don't look like a fool! DO YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS OR AM I JUST UNLUCKY? I BOUGHT THEM FROM MEDIAMARKT INTERDISCOUNT AND FUST AND THEY ALL HAD THE SAME PROBLEM!

I find the sound completely sufficient, for the ultimate music experience you have to buy over-ear headphones anyway!Pro
