The error appears not with all, but with very many users: Occasionally (about 1-2 times per hour for me) a command input "hangs". E.g. the key W or A, different ones can be affected. Only through internet research I found out that this problem is widely known. Support has now acknowledged a problem, but has not found a solution for several weeks.
The problem is in the software, not in the hardware: If you use (paid) third-party software (reWASD), the error is confirmed NEVER. Unfortunately, the RGB cannot be controlled with it. And as soon as you activate the Synapse 3 software, which unfortunately would also be needed for the light control, the error occurs again.
Fortunately, I don't have any additional Razer hardware, otherwise this otherwise good device would simply be unusable in its sole purpose due to the unreliability of the software. Currently, I use alternative software and just let the color change happen to me.
The problem has been known for a while now. (https://insider.razer.com/index.php)
This is a warning. Too bad about the otherwise valuable product.

I wanted to get me for a long time. Am now very happy with the purchase. At first the keypad took a lot of getting used to and I had to adjust my keybinds first, but after that it's hard to imagine life without it. I can now use four fingers, which I normally use for my WASD control, for other things, since my thumb now takes over most of the motion control.
I hardly use the scroll wheel and the two buttons next to the thumb joystick.
Definitely recommendable for MMO's.
I also use a Razer Naga Trinity.

Once you get used to it, you don't want to give it back.
It just takes time if you want to have your own settings for each game. But it's definitely worth taking the time to set the pad the way you want it! It's great fun to play with it afterwards.
And it's not just for gaming. It can also be useful for photo editing and office work. You just have to create profiles for it :D

Absolutely awesome input device. Really great manufacturing. The software is simply very good from front to back. No matter what you want to set or map (macros and light effects), the software makes it possible.
I bought the Tartarus for health reasons, as it is simply much more pleasant to use than a keyboard (gaming), which means I have less pain in my wrist.
Of course, you still need a conventional keyboard for writing, but that's not a problem as long as you have enough space on your desk.
The price is just sick. Unfortunately, there are no alternatives with mechanical/optical keys. Razer can also charge totally exaggerated prices, as a customer you have the choice between buying or there is nothing else. Well, now and then you have to bite the bullet, health and quality of life come first.
