Extremely Comfortable, Good Sound
Extremely comfortable - I have always found this type of earbuds (like in old Samsung phones!) more comfortable than the new moldable and squishy kind and Surface Earbuds don't disappoint. The inclusion of small, medium and large caps makes this even better.
Good sound - it feel spacious and clear and there is an equalizer in the Surface Audio app.
Mediocre Bluetooth range - I have only had big wireless headphones (like Bose QC 35) before, so I don't know how this compares, but the range is really limited. If I cup my hand around an earbud, it loses signal. My desktop PC had the Bluetooth dongle at the back and that led to lossy playback (unlike with the aforementioned Bose ones)
Only one active device - I can pair the earbuds with my phone and PC, both having the Surface Audio app installed, but connecting to one disconnects from the other.
Price - Given the features (no ANC, no multi-device) and compared to the competition, they are on the expensive side...
...but at least for me, the amazing comfort is worth it.
(I didn't try any of the MS Office integration features yet. Not sure how useful it is for me, personally...)Pro

Cool form factor
The headphones are great. The sound quality is awesome and what I find great is that it works great with two paired devices. It detects super where the call comes from and switches super around.

Cool design, easy to connect. But unfortunately, when any sound is played (music, phone call, any beep, ...), there is a constant white noise, regardless of the volume setting. A factory reset did nothing. Cannot be used like this.
