App for Android does not work
As the other comments describe, it took me a few hours before I was able to connect the vacuum cleaner to the WiFi and only with the neighbour's iPhone. After that, I was able to control the hoover again with my Android mobile. For this price, this is a nogo. There are also some negative comments about the app in the Google Play Store, which will probably be ignored.

Furnishings are a disaster
The new Roomba i8 was simply not found in the app (Google Pixel 8). The simple tips didn't help at all. There was no useful error message. Later I find out that it works with another Android (Nokia X20) without any problems. First of all, figure it out.
You then have to activate the mop container separately with a QR code (??why??), but that doesn't work either. With neither of the two phones. If I scan the QR code from the container, I can't select the Roomba i8+ in the app, only the small i3. For which the part does not fit at all. Again, no useful error messages or tips.
If it runs, great. But if something doesn't work... 🙄Pro

Absolutely bad compared to its competitors...
Is loud, has a lot of error messages, the wipe function is a joke.

Illogical cleaning
After 4 months of testing, I have to say it's disappointing.
Sometimes it breaks away from its cleaning line and moves to another corner of the room to continue there. The mopping function is also not as wet as I would like.
The logic here really leaves a lot to be desired.Pro

Software is bad
Basically, however, the vacuum cleaner still has too many bugs in the software.
Error messages do not explain how to fix them. Error messages that do not match the system status. You constantly have to restart the software.
I have not managed to get the iRobot to mop. The mopping module has to be activated separately with a QR code (but this is not in the instructions). Even if activated, there is no option in the Android app to activate mopping.
If you start it anyway, after one metre it is cancelled with "Empty the collection container". If you confirm this, the vacuum cleaner blows water into the base station. The wiper is therefore not automatically recognised.
OK as a normal vacuum robot but a failure as a premium vacuum-mopping robot.Pro
