Better than in the description
Have the HDMI switch in use for various sources to a beamer. At first I was not so enthusiastic about the IR remote control, because the switch and the other devices are placed under the sofa and so to switch with the remote control would have to be aimed under the sofa. But to my surprise, the Switch automatically switches from one source to the next when a new signal becomes active. So I don't need the remote or the switch button at all, and I don't even need to power it via USB, since that's only needed in conjunction with the remote.

Everything that is plugged into the switch keeps losing the signal!
So far so good
I've been using it for more than a month now, and so far it's doing its job and doing it well. The only thing that bothered me was the power cable, which I had to lay separately, but that was also feasible. The small blue light is also not necessary in my opinion....

It does not stop at the selected port but switches back and forth every second, so you can not use it because the image is gone again for a few seconds after 1-2 seconds.
