The handling is very easy and the first operation is well described,
You can't do anything wrong when inserting the replacement films,
because you have to pay attention to the markings.
It takes a little practice at first to judge the light sensor,

The Instax mini8 camera from Fujifilm looks beautiful and is well made. It is easy to operate and the camera's white balance recommendations, which are indicated by small lights next to the lens, are reliable.
The photos are of good quality. The only drawback is that the camera takes somewhat dark pictures in low light. However, the light sensitivity is sufficient to take bright enough pictures when the indoor exposure is dimmed.
Overall, the camera does what it promises and I recommend it as a buy.Pro

It takes practice to get the exposure right.
It takes a bit of practice to find the right exposure, but unfortunately each time a rather expensive photo is taken. But in general, the camera is fun.

The instant camera takes very good "old school" photos. Great quality is not to be expected, but the pictures are always sharp.
Good workmanship and also fits well in the hand for selfies.
It doesn't offer a storage option, which is a plus in the case of an instant camera, as a photo is printed automatically and there is no option for post-processing. They are just snapshots :)Pro

Overall no complaints, viewfinder is a bit hard to use and considering the price of each photo this can be frustrating sometimes.

Miserable camera, overexposed and far too expensive photos
Although I have been an amateur photographer for many years and have worked with various Fujifilm cameras, among others, I and my children do not manage to take acceptable or nearly usable photos with the Instax: all are far too bright, whether with flash or without and regardless of the 'programme' setting. Sometimes the photos turn completely white without any outline. Absolutely and by far the worst Fujifilm product and one of the worst I have ever bought at digitec. The paper price of over one franc per photo is also a killer.

I find the cameras generally a little overpriced because you also have to buy photo boxes, which also have their price. However, this is not a fault of Galaxus as the prices are +/- the same. Otherwise, the camera is great and has a good quality. It was delivered very quickly and corresponded to the picture and the description on the page. Everything is top, thank you very much!

Buy, buy, buy! For 65 CHF is really fair!
The small pictures are a lot of fun. One star deduction because each picture costs CHF 2. And sometimes it can happen that it just doesn't work out :(
