As good as its predecessor MFC-9450CDN
As mentioned above, I already had the predecessor MFC-9450CDN. It ran for eight (8) years without any problems. Because Brother can no longer supply the waste toner box, I was forced to buy the new printer. A bit of a shame, but what can you do.

Leave it alone. Much too slow
If I print a document with 20 pages, it prints 3 pages, then it needs a 7-second breather, then it prints 3 pages again and so on and so forth. Really tedious.

No recommendation to buy.
Very poor print quality. Colour prints are pixelated and the colours are shifted. On multi-page documents, colour residue regularly appears, everything is smudged. Very disappointing for this price, and digitec & brother each refer to the other support channel and are not really helpful.
