it works to a certain level
the delay is very noticeable and unavoidable when you connect to tv even with the bose soundbar system.. you cant watch movies with both system but if you listen to music using the bose app it works fine..

Small but strong
Plugged this unit into my stereo amp via the supplied mini-stereo to cinch cable, I can stream Spotify via Wifi from my PC or smartphone and play any sound from my PC via Bluetooth. I haven't installed the Bose Wifi control app on my PC and smartphone, I have no use for it. So my venerable analogue system can stream my music and files in addition to my CDs and vinyl. Amazing!

Top with restriction regarding LifeStyle
Basically a very good product. However, it is not recommended as a replacement for the "SoundTouch® Series II wireless adapter" (no integration in Unify menu of LifeStyle products).
Highly recommend if you want your Bose to perform as designed
Recommended for Bose wage II system. I tried cheaper Chinese Bluetooth. But the Bose Bluetooth brings out the best sound performance.

With this device, you can't really pay attention to the sound, because it doesn't do that ;) However, the functionality. Unfortunately, there were a few problems at the beginning and the device could not be connected via wifi. But I think that was due to the software update from Android and Bose because they overlapped. After all that, the connection worked perfectly. It's just great that you can come home, open the app and connect straight away and it's up and running in no time.

Wireless cannot be made to work
The Bluetooth connection works. The wireless connection, on the other hand, is impossible to make work. I've tried a thousand ways, even looking for help on the bose website or on blogs on the internet, but as has happened to other users, I can't connect to the wifi. I am sorry that Bose has made such a complex system when by now almost all systems are very simple to connect.

Don't place it too close to other Bose Soundtouch devices, it has a slight delay for me....
Easy to use and a good update for older systems if you have Soundtouch systems.

Everything necessary for the connection is included - the optimal choice should be the optical input, as the quality is best here. But in a pinch, the AUX or RCA input will do - with a slight loss in quality.

Bose = mediocre and outdated US technology at highly inflated prices. Good marketing in Europe. Asian manufacturers offer a lot more for the money!
