Super board. Bravo Asus!
Clear bios. M.2 SSD recognised without update.
Simple overclocking possible... in my case the i7 7700K runs stable at 4.9 Ghz and 1.4V.
The LED strip, which is installed on the board, was also working for me when the system was switched off... I have now switched it off.

just WOW, great motherboard, nice little led but above all good quality and compatible with 7th processor.

This motherboard does the overclocking by itself. In addition it adjusts the fans according to temperature so that the PC becomes really quiet when there is no load. Compared to the one I had before, this is really the future.
However, inserting it into its own backplate was difficult. Finally I managed to block the displayport plug without realizing it.
With this card it's better to buy a "K" series processor, 2400 memory and a good cooler, otherwise you don't really benefit from automatic overclock possibilities.

Good stuff, but not easy to install, at the backplate level, you have to plug the card, and it took me some time. Moreover, the backplate is certainly badly cut, because the plugs are not completely aligned (but still usable)
Otherwise, the Bios is good, easy to understand, the rest does the job like a 21st century motherboard. Reliability remains to be seen, but I've almost never been bothered with Asus.

Great board. Reinforced PCI slots for heavy graphics cards or similar, current connections such as USB 3.1 and USB Type C available.
Unfortunately, RGB lighting cannot be controlled (apart from on/off, I did not find any setting options). An SLI bridge is included, the board offers space for all current connections.
The only difficulty I had was installing Win10 on the M2 SSD. It was recognised by the BIOS, but the installation always stopped in the middle, many things were tried, whether it was due to the SSD or the BIOS of the mainboard I don't know. I finally solved the problem by removing the hard drive from a Win10 laptop and booting from it, then using the Samsung Magician software to clone the whole thing onto the M2 SSD and then booting from there and entering the purchased key. Since then everything has been running fine.
I haven't tested overclocking yet, but will do so when the opportunity arises.

Very good board. Installation and commissioning went without a hitch. Samsung m2 SSD as system hard disk was recognised immediately.
Runs stable. The built-in sound chip is sufficient for games. However, if you also want to listen to music on a decent system, you should definitely invest in a sound card.

As usual, everything you need in the box. Big drawback, with the basic settings, the computer is not stable, it crashes when installing Windows 10, when rebooting to search for devices. A jump in the bios to remove the default settings, (OC Asus), and all is well. Then perfect with over clock set manually, sensible with RAM bars.
But I can't bear to pay for the Christmas tree that comes with it, please throw those LEDs away.
Good point, still a full paper booklet to accompany the bundle,

The LEDs are a nice gimmick. They can be set separately in the software. From one colour to colour changes or your own creation, there are no limits. Negative point: The default setting is that the LEDs remain lit when the PC shuts down, but the software can be set to switch them off.

Looks very classy. Above all, since the CPU cooler is standing and not hanging, you get a completely different impression.
The only negative point I noticed is that there is only 1 USB3 header. But my case has 2 USB3 headers. And now the joke. No board (that I have looked at) has 2 USB3 header connections.

I see many positive reviews and I am basically satisfied with the board.
I like the design very much and it has enough internal slots to install a lot of power.
What I don't like are the external connections. For some, 4 (or 5 with the 3.1) USB ports may be enough, but not if the keyboard, monitor and mouse already occupy 4/5 slots.
Apart from the slot problem, I am very convinced that I had no problems with the hardware during assembly. Generally a board that is certainly worth its price.
What I personally still miss is a Bluetooth antenna to screw on that I could use for controllers etc.

The mainboard is brilliant in terms of workmanship. I have had no problems with the mainboard so far and would buy it again and again.

Super mainboard, has everything you need. Solid and in my eyes the best bios (general Asus bios). Very clear, simple and many setting options for overclockers.

Hammer mainboard! Top optics. The LED strip can be switched off in the BIOS (when the computer is switched off). BIOS very clear. The M2 SSD was recognised immediately. The connection for the AiO water cooling is also top. The usb and FAN connections are exactly sufficient for my peripherals and the fans in the NZXT s340 Elite.

It is a good board, and also nice to look at, but it is also the successor to the Pro Gaming and therefore I think that only the cover and the LED strip do not justify a surcharge of 50.

Very stable board and great workmanship. The only downer is that the AURA app for controlling the lighting crashes every time I try to connect it to the graphics card. Not bad, but just "unattractive".

Good board with lots of space and overview.
Performance seems very good to me and the tuning possibilities are almost unlimited. But I'm not a power gamer, so I can't really evaluate that.
What really stands out positively are the 2 M.2 interfaces, whereby only one can function in 4x mode. Or both in 2x mode. Both interfaces are located on the top. The current 512 GiB module from Samsung fit into the shorter slot and was recognised immediately. Longer modules also fit in the other slot. A dual boot of Linux and Windows from the M.2 disk is problem-free.
Mind you, all without a BIOS upgrade.
What annoys me a little is the fact that in 2017 you still can't change the BIOS pages to a display running in portrait mode. But oh well. It's not like other manufacturers do it better. Turn the mouse and head 90° and it works ;-)

Top mainboard...
Extremely good workmanship. Asus quality #1 anyway (never had a technical problem with Asus boards in 15 years).
I especially like the colour, this dark black looks very good in simple and beautiful PCs.
A super board for a fair price!

This MB convinced me because of the reinforced PCI slots and the many connections. It is also possible to install 2x M.2 SSDs. The installation of the individual components was quick. Unfortunately, the assembly to the case turned out to be very tedious and nerve-racking. The bezel was the culprit here; it was the component that generated a lot of work in my MB. Fortunately, the installation went well and now this MB does a great job. The UEFI bios is clear and Asus provides useful additional software for controlling individual hardware components. Only the software for sound control is a little annoying. Since I have not installed any additional LEDs in my PC and have switched off those on the MB, it doesn't bother me that the white LEDs on the MB can only be either on or off.
