Oh, it's surprising how well it works!
I didn't notice any particular latency. Honestly it's just like playing with a normal controller.

great customization option
if you hate Bluetooth keep losing connections / settings, this is great.
For Switch game that require analog triggers (WRC 8,9,10, generations), this can save. Using the 8BitDo Ultimate Software, you can swap L/R analog triggers (XBox or 8bitdo) and R analog stick up-down axis. And you can do analog acceleration (assign R up which is at firmware level mapped to R trigger) and braking (R down to L trigger) like other platforms in Switch. Great. Firmware level customization can be saved to the 8bitdo controller up to 3 and switched between them in one button. Nice.Pro
